Ordering

To create an order select the product and quantity desired and add it to the Online Shopping Cart. Once your shopping cart is ready select ‘Checkout’ to begin the ordering process. The first step is the Checkout Method which provides the choice of Checkout as a guest or Registering with SweetFudge.com. If you decide to checkout as a guest select that option and choose ‘Continue’. If you choose to register select register, click ‘Continue’ and provide information to create an account.

The next step in the ordering process is providing Billing Information. If you register with the site this Billing Information will be saved for future orders.

After Billing Information comes Shipping Information. If this information is the same as Billing than it will be used for both.

After providing shipping information, it is time to select a Shipping Method. The methods provided include UPS and USPS. These allow for specific shipping to meet your needs.

After selecting the Shipping Method it is time to provide Payment Information. Options include credit card payment, PayPal or check/money order.

The last step is to Order Review showing all the order details. If the order is correctly shown, select ‘Place Order’ to finish the order. Selecting Place Order will provide an Order Number and a verification/tracking e-mail to e-mail address provided in the Checkout Method portion of the order process.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The types of payment our site accepts include check, money order, PayPal or credit card. The payment type is selected in the Payment Information section of the Checkout process.
Pricing is clearly stated on the site, the total price includes the Shipping Method selected by each individual user. The total price of an order can be viewed in the Order Review section of the Checkout process.
Promotions are clearly stated on the site and are included if qualified in the price shown on each individual order.

Viewing Orders

To view orders on SweetFudge.com, select the ‘Orders and Returns’ page under the Information list on the lower left hand corner of the site.

Enter the Order ID number provided in the verification e-mail sent after first placing the order. Enter the Last Name provided in the Billing Information and select either Zip Code or Email Address and enter in the billing zip code or email.

Updating Account Information

 A Member can access, review and/or correct all of their personally identifiable information that was provided to us online by logging into their Account and accessing the My Profile section.

You may choose to: (1) stop receiving promotional materials by mail, phone, or email; (2) update or correct your personal information; and (3) cancel your Fan Club Membership; or (4) disable your account. To carry out any of these choices:

If a Member wishes to have their account disabled, the Member can send an email with this request to Customer Service@sweetfudge.com Please include your name, the email address associated with the account and the following message: “I would like to disable my SweetFudge.com website account.”

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails from us by CustomerService@sweetfudge.com Please include your name, the email address associated with the account and the following message: “I would no longer like to receive marketing emails from SweetFudge.com website

You may unsubscribe from our mail order catalog or other How Sweet It Is Inc. mailings to your postal address by visiting CustomerService@sweetfudge.com Please include your name, the email address associated with the account and the following message: “I would no longer like to receive postal materials from SweetFudge.com website.  Please note that removal from our postal lists may take up to 6 to 8 weeks to be effective.
